Hello everyone, I'm glad to join the community. Hubby and myself have had cats for the most part of our life together which is going on 23 years now, some have died of old age and sadly others hit by cars.
Three weeks ago we adopted Bica from a shelter, she was 6/7 weeks old and had a rough beginning to life without proper weaning - they don't know what happened to her mom.
For the first two weeks we had to treat her for diarrhea that wouldnt leave her and hydrate her continuously although she never lost her spunk during that time!
She has been a lot better this past week and is picking up wait nicely. Hubby and my two boys (human that is) are totally smitten with little Bica. She is black as ebony with two mischievious green eyes.
