My VERY pregnant cat lost her mucus plug, it was bloody and a huge wet spot...how close to delivery is she?

She’s very close, although the plug can be lost several days prior to labor commencing. Look for contractions down her sides in the next day or two. Contractions look like waves or ripples. Once you see them labor has begun.
