Continental IS very good. They did a fantastic job with Smudge.

I really liked Continental, I have only used them once, to ship Smudge, but they are really good! Even though they won't ship out of Maine, and I have to go to Boston to ship, I think I will continue to go with Continental, it is worth the drive, they are wonderful with the animals, and they do have the counter to counter service, and handle things different then the other airlines I checked with.
