Are you good at confrontation?

I am HORRIBLE at confrontation with people i care about. My hubby to be thinks i am a doormat....but i will kick some seriouse butt FOR the people i care about. So it truly depends on the situation. I pick arguments with certain people...one friend in particular, i dont know why i like bugging her...i guess because its like shes my little sister. lol. but mostly, i try to avoid it.

Im bad with confrontation. Im generally a quite, polite person, until things get sooo bottled up and someone pulls the last straw and then I explode on that person, it shocks them becuase they have never seen me that way. Lately I have been dealing with a lot of confrontation, I am extremely stressed with school and I take out my agression on others, not meaning to, I just dont know where to displace my frustration with things. I try to confront people when needed, but sometimes it is best to just let things go.
