Our BBQ gave up the ghost about 3-4 years ago and has never been replaced. It makes me sad to see all those beautiful juices out of the meat going down and burning up on the coals instead of having them for gravy. I love good gravy and can make wonderful gravy even from hamburgers that are fried in a pan. All those lovely brown bits - mmmmmmmmm.

Can you tell I'm not a big grill fan?
