I was driving home from work today, and saw a lady walking her dog. Now, I am using walking in the loosest sense of the word. She was also smoking a cigarette and chatting on her cell phone at the same time. Usually when I was charged with walking the dog as a kid, I would take that time to bond with the animal. We would have "conversations" and I would look around at the scenery. This brings me to the question; do you think that we are doing too much? Today, do we really have to be so connected that when we walk our dogs, we have our cell phones with us, and are expected to answer if someone calls? Do people have any real time to just be?
