I adopted a bunny recently and she was litterbox trained, but now she is peeing and pooping inside the cage not using the litterbox at all
What can I do? Should I add another litterbox or what?
Imagine this ... a bunny breeder told me when I was looking at getting one ... not to spay the bunny.. I of course ran the other wayOriginally Posted by marie-p
if she poops / pees in a particlar corner of the cage, put a litter box there.
Also try putting some hay in the litter box. My rabbit always loved to much on some hay while going to the bathroom.
Also, if she isn't already, get her spayed. That should help too.
Good luck!
I agree! Definately put the litterbox in the corner the bun is going potty in! Unfortunately the bunny chooses the spot, not you. Good luck!Originally Posted by marie-p
