I cast my vote for 1888 also...but knowing you Ken, theres a twist here somewhere. You say in what year did it start not in what year was it first published ...so my guess is most likely wrong.

(these are fun though, in a demented, massochistic kinda way!)

Well, I was the one to put up the first U.S. Navy website., But since the Squadron was disestablished, the website has also been removed from government servers. And although I didn't do any sunbathing, i have had the fortune of being a member of the Vanda swim club. As for pix, I could post a few for you... and the stories I could tell......
