So recently, I have been eating healthier. Going organic, avoiding things that are bad for me. (Aspartame, Caffeine, Cows Milk, & basic junk food). My goal is to be healthier and also feel better, this being said- Has anyone had issues when transitioning to healthy food. So I have been drinking Soy Milk, eating organic food- and just healthier food in general.
I have been vomiting after nearly every meal- and I wonder is this normal? I think it may be just that my body is retaliating because I am not putting junk in there anymore, and it is ridding itself of toxins? Anyway, was wondering if this is normal or should I get this checked out?
I am going to go completely vegetarian, right now I've cut out red meat & pork..
