Do you grill in the winter too?
If its not to to cold or windy to stand outside. We were going to grill the Christmast dinner outside, but it was too cold and windy. I have never grilled in the coldest winter time, but often in the fall and early spring, so "we" (meaning my DP :D ) would stand by the grill in total darkness. :lol3:

What did you have for Christmas dinner....starter, main course and dessert?

I'm new to this site, and not really sure how to start. I have a lot of questions, and can't figure out where the proper place to ask them is??
It looks like you figured out how to start a thread, but if you need more help, just let us know. :)

3. Unfortunately I am a boring small-number-of-cats-owning person! LOL...

If you had the opportunity to take a free two-week vacation in a country you'd never been to, which country would you pick?

Japan. I've been lusting over the back roads villages and hot springs since I can remember.

What are your go-to/default/necessary ingredients for cooking?

Garlic and ginger. I use it in the base of so much I cook. Which reminds me, I just ran out of garlic. ....now I want to make Hummus, I best put chicken peas into soak and make some tomorrow....yum!  :)

Do you grow any herbs or food? if so, where? (herbs in the kitchen, on the balcony, in the greenhouse....)
