So I have this package of frozen edamame. I bought two bags of this stuff, not really knowing what is was. When I cooked the first ones, they were crunchy and the shells were awful. So I shelled them out and we ate them crunchy. I am wondering how they would be to shell them first and fry them slowly in the frying pan, like you would roast pecans. Any ideas anybody. Please. I am tired of watching them in my freezer. :lol3:
