another cat spraying my house

I am not sure if its the neighbors cat..but he sits on my steps and meows at my cats in the window..
and I noticed the other day that the outside of the house was wet and I can smell the cat spray...
how do I get rid of that? I am not sure if its him or the other stray cat that hangs around...
I know that Creeper is getting fixed on March 13th (neighbors cat)..so it might be him spraying my house...

Use a mixture of 2 c peroxide, 2 t. baking soda and 2 drops liquid dish soap. You can put in a sprayer and spray the offending area. It may take several treatments, but is less expensive than enzyme cleaners and works even better (IMO).
