Hi, and welcome to TCS :hithere::welcomesign:

It would really help to see a picture of your cat's paws - it's almost impossible to tell with only a diagram reference. My first thought is that your kitty is polydactyl, and these bumps are simply extra toes. Without a picture, though, It's impossible to say.

Hello!
It's not polydactyly, there's no toe form. It's just a bump further down the arm, centered. You can't see it, but you can feel it. He wont let me get a picture :headshake: but you wouldn't be able to see it regardless
