Anal seepage

My little Taco had giardia a year ago and has had trouble ever since. We’ve had numerous fecal samples and blood tests with no abnormal findings. She appears healthy, but finding fecal bits all over the furniture is frustrating. She is on prescription food, and antiinflamatory/antibiotics help, but after a few weeks, the leaking returns. Has anyone encountered this and found a solution?

Hi, is this actual bits of formed poop, or leakage?

Would a hygiene trim help? Would changing the food help?

Usually wet. Have tried the food change.

I would trim around under the tail to see if that will help. It's curious that antibiotics, etc. seem to help for a while. Maybe get her something for irritable bowel? They have a lot of supplements online for this.
