I read on an TAR forum that the contestants are not permitted to do anything illegal. If the cabbie had said 'no, never mind, forget the $25', then they would have been okay with running in, but if U&J had stiffed the cabbie, they would have been disqualified.Originally Posted by Loveysmummy

I think the difference is that those other teams offered to pay their drivers, just less than what they cabbie wanted.
