Alternative For Cat Breastfeeding (kittens Were Left By Mother)

Hi, so I stumbled upon 2 crying kittens that were left by their mother. This has been my problem over the years: I don't know how and what to feed them. I live in the Philippines.

Do you know any homemade recipe I can follow to make their food/milk? Thank you.

What do they look like? Are their eyes and ears open? Can they walk? Do they have any teeth? That makes a difference in how to feed them.

Can you get goat's milk? That's a good cat milk substitute. You can also use human baby formula, mixed with twice as much powder as it says on the package, but it's best not to use that long-term.
