My baby is being neutered tomorrow morning and I'm just wondering if there's anything in particular I need to do/know for when he comes home? I haven't done this before so I'm a little nervous
Hi there. I am sure that there are others on here that are much more experienced than me but here is my advice. When I had my punkin fixed, I brought her home and made a nice comfy bed for her to relax on and just made sure her food and water were easily within reach so she didn't have to jump to get it. She was totally fine and recovered quickly.Originally Posted by moxymom

Do the vanilla thing, put a little under both their chins and at the base of their tails (top side)....it really does work, at least it does for me and it seems for many others too. I do that with new cats and everytime they come back from the vet. Makes them smell the same. I learned this trick from this site.
