I would expect to pay around $500 for a pet quality kitten. Make sure you go to a responsible breeder, not a back yard breeder or a pet shop. I don't knw about Bengals, Ragdolls, Traditional Balinese, and Siberians but most breeders, no matter what breed, charge around $500 for a pet kitten. Some of the rarer breeds, like the Mau and the Siberian may cost you more.
The Ragdoll price ranges anywhere between 500.00 to 1300.00 depending on if you want pet quality, show quality, or breeders. Norwegians usually go for 800.00 for pets where I live. I know that is what mine will go for. 1000.00 for breeders.
In Hawaii a neutered/spayed Bengal kitten with very defined coat: $1400
Otherwise, they are in the $450 to $900 range
