So on Tuesday I was coming out of the garage when my new baby boy Easton was sprinting full speed into it. In the exchange I slightly stepped on his foot and he tried to jump away from me at the same time so I think I might of pull something. He cried for about thirty seconds and yelled at me a little bit afterwards as he limped around not using his foot. I started freaking out obviously and asking everyone I knew for advice. Everyone assured me this happens all the time and he would be okay. He started climbing up the stairs that day. Limped around but he was getting around without crying. It's gotten better over the days and he's eating and using the bathroom just fine. Purrs 24/7, plays with his toys, acts like a kitten but he's still got this little limp going on even though he is now using the leg, but it doesn't stick out like his other, almost feels a little more sunk in when I feel it. He cries a little when I touch his upper thigh specifically but let's me touch and move the rest of his leg.
Seems a little slower in speed and a little more reserved now though. He's 11 weeks old and so wonderful and I just wanna know if I should take him in, or watching him and see if he heals? Are kittens resilient? We have a dog run into a car once and break his pelvis and they said he was young enough to heal on his own and did perfectly so is this maybe the same? All I know is I'm a worried momma who wants advice!!!
