Abbreviations?

I've been a member since August and, as I read through the various threads, I see abbreviations that I just can't figure out. I'm old and I guess I'm not as 'hip' as I thought I was, LOL  I've tried reading between the lines and come up with my own interpretations, but they don't always work and I am sure they aren't correct! But I DO laugh a lot!

DD DH  HH DB etc.  There are more than these four but, like I said, I am old and can't remember all the different one's I've seen. ​Can someone post a list of the common abbreviations and their meanings used in posts? Please?

The D abbreviations refer to family members. . .the D is for "dear" (or maybe "darn", depending on your mood! ). So DH is dear husband, DD is dear daughter, DS dear son, DW dear wife, etc. I don't know what DB (dear boy?) or HH would stand for though.
