um hello,
I found a kitten about 2 weeks old keeps crying... I found her yesterday its super cold and raining...

I fed her keeps crying...

And her mother cannot be found.
And if I take her back the kids will torture her... pleas help her stop crying

It is going to take some time for her to stop. She is in a strange place, with someone she doesn't know, and has had a rough start. But she's obviously landed somewhere soft...YOU! How old is this kitten? Is she weaned yet? If not, you may need to bottle feed her for awhile. Make sure she has a warm place to sleep. If you have a heating pad, wrap it well in a thick towel, and put it in a box that is large enough that the kitten can snuggle up on the heating pad if she needs it, or move off of it if she feels too warm.
