A Stray Kitten "friend", Attacking My Hand Because He Didn't Want To Leave My Lap

This is a stray kitten that I see almost every day. When I met him first 3-4 months ago he wouldn't let me touch him, but now we are friends . So much that he is attaching my hand because he doesn't want to leave my lap
