You can either watch the auction (to make sure noone bids higher than you) or put in your highest bid amount (the most you're willing to pay) -- if you do that then ebay bids for you if someone else bids higher than you. Got it?
Then once it's over you can either sign up for Paypal and pay online or go and get a money order and mail it to the seller.
