ok so this is a long story... a couple weeks ago i was sitting in my living room at 12 at night watching tv and something ran into the screen door.. my dog who is a rottwieler, who owns the porch, attacked whatever it was... i turned on my light to find a kitten sprawled there unharmed by the dog, who i shooed back to sleep,i took the kitten inside and awoke my grandma who told me to put it outside because we couldn't do anything to help it we already have lots of farm animals, but i wouldn't give up. For a few days it sat somewhere outside and meowed 23/7 and i felt bad for it cause it had obviously lost its mother or been abandoned and it may not survive. One day day i ran outside and meowed my heart out and followed the kittens resposes to find it in a tobaccco field. i chased it in a attempt to catch it and it ran into a rhy field and then gave up. The next morning i found it in the spare tire of my envoy after it had enjoyed trips to town and back unharmed and for a week it stayed there till it moved to under my porch where it stayed till today when we finallly caught it by placing my aunts cat carrier near the porch and putting tuna inside and we closed the door once it was eating and voila. It still has its imbilical cord and we have been feeding it wet cat food but it hasn't pooped or anything. Its friendly and it purrs like a madcat and it just goes to sleep when you put it in your lap and pet it, when you hold it doesn't retaliate. Anyways it looks bloated from all the food we gave it and we are going to keep it... name it convoy cause the convoys in the envoy....anyways we started giving it carnation milk, my aunts vet told her to give that to her new born kittens when they died.. and it ate all of it but still no poop...we think it might be having problems from all the cat food. What should we do it looks like it is about 4 or 5 weeks and we plan on calling a vet tomarrow , which happens to be my little brothers birthday, but until then what should i do?
