8 Week Kitten Constipated, Little To No Appetite

His temperature climbed to 104.5 at 6 this morning and just a few moments ago was 104.3. I plan on taking him to the vet if my work will allow me to do so, I’m a few hours. Any advice until then? I gave him some water with a dropper. He has no food interest and doesn’t want to move at all.
