Hi everyone! I'm new to this site. I have been checking my local newspaper for someone giving away kittens from the same litter. After waiting a long time I saw an ad for two 7month old female kittens from the same litter. I've been in contact with the lady giving them away only by email. I had gone over to take a look at them and they stole my heart! They are so cute looking.
The current owner said that their all up to date on all their shots and they were just spayed this past Monday (9/17). I was suppose to pick them up on 9/29.
She has just emailed me that one of them is sick. She says that it has a fever, won't eat and (sorry for the nasty detail but....) throwing up bile. She is brining it to the vet ASAP. But now I'm worried that the kitten won't pull through and I've already fell in love with both of them.
Is this common for kittens to kinda get sick after just going through surgery? I've never owned cats before so this is all new to me.
