Tomorrow is October 1st and I am taking it upon myself to start a 30 day fitness challenge.
I thought it might be a good idea to share this with those of you trying to get (or stay) in shape!
This month's challenge (for me) is abs. Feel free to join me!
I have been posting in the Exercise and Motivation thread lately, but I came across these 30 day fitness challenges this afternoon. Abs was the most logical starting choice for me since that is the key area I am trying to improve. There is also an app for anyone with a smart phone. It is $2.99 and I am considering purchasing it to help me keep track. It also has multiple other 30 day challenges!
I would love for some of you to join me in this!
