Hello, i own a 3 year old short haired tortoiseshell cat named Catkin, about 5 weeks ago i noticed she was making a whistling sound through her nose when she slept, so i took her to the vets and he said it was most likely a cold as their are no other symptoms and he gave her an antibiotic which seemed to really help she stopped whistling but a week later i noticed that when she slept she sounded like she had a stuffy nose but still no symptoms and was acting normal and eating. so i took her back to the vets a week later and the vet said she sounded better than before and its probably a virus and that to bring her back if she had any other symptoms, she hasn't had any other symptoms but still has a stuffy nose, sometimes its very quiet other times loud and sometimes i cant hear anything at all when she sleeps, she sometimes breathes a little stuffy when shes awake at times but not constantly, i'm not sure if i should wait and see if she gets over it or is it something more serious?
any advice would be welcome thank you
