We have introduced a 3rd cat into the house and are struggling a little. The first two are extremely well behaved, quiet cats. The new one we brought home is loud, and keeps fighting to try and show dominance. I understand this is normal behaviour but anything we can do to help the transition? It’s been about a week now and if they aren’t near each other they are fine, or even sometimes can sit near each other with no issues. It’s just random times that they start fighting and he and my middle cat are the worst as my middle cat is/was the boss of the house. When we introduced our middle cat the transition was very smooth but I assume because our first cat was submissive pretty quick.

A week is a really short time for cat introductions. With adult cats it's usually a month at least, and often much longer, before they can be in the same room together.
Maybe you need to back track a little and re-do the introductions.

ya, it is short but I guess when we did the first two they were fine with eachother within a week. The 3 now are fine for I'd say 95% of the time it's just if one gets too close and even then sometimes it's ok
