We recently found an abandoned kitten (initially estimated to be about 2 weeks by vet and now about 3.5). We’ve had him for over a week and he has had diarrhea consistently. He is on the KMR liquid formula. His fecal sample came back unremarkable. He was put on 0.15 ml of panacur for 5 days. That seemed to firm him up a bit short term. The good news is he is gaining weight, eats well, and is active; however, his bottom is getting very irritated (using vaseline), he is very uncomfortable when being stimulated (specifically to poop), and we worry about his overall health. Any recommendations?
