2 days old, barely moves, has trouble eating

My cat had 5 kittens this friday morning. 4 are doing very well, but one will not latch on to momma, and after we use a dropper and feed it KMR it barely moves. When we move the group around to check them they will move back together again but this one will wait a while then join the group, sometimes not joining at all. I don't have enough money to buy tests at the vet. Is there anything I tell the vet to test for specifically? Should I take it to the vet? I just don't know what more I can do.

Try my website www.kitten-rescue.com but the reality is this kitten needs a vet or an experienced kitten rescuer. They are so fragile and if they don't take to the mom's milk, it is really hard to bring them back to health. I would take this kitten to your vet- there really aren't any tests he will run on it, as it is way to young (unless you find a feline specialist in the area) But a vet is your best bet based on what you posted

I'm so sorry. I'm not sure about the vet, I would bury him in the backyard, but I don't know if you have a yard. Again, I'm sorry. I'd be in pieces right now.

Either it was just fading kitten syndrome or it may have had a cleft pallet.

Sometimes the kittens just aren't strong enough, and by the time we realise, it's too late. Good luck with the rest of them!

No, you bury the body in some appropriate way...

Unless you want the vet to see what the kitten died of. Opening the body and such... But it is not common.

Edit. If you want the vet to dispose the body - ie help you cremate it - they can surely do it. But. And it is not free either - you did wrote you arent made of money. So dispose yourself the body. Preferably by burying it. Say some words if you wish at the burial.
