I changed my mind on the chicken and had bangers and mash instead, with fried onions in a thick onion flavoured gravy and sweetcorn, and it was fab!!!.

Well, I have to say I can't make fun of that! It looks wonderful!! I just crack up everytime you call sausages bangors though!!!
My eyes were bigger than my belly though because i couldn't finish it. I made too much, but at the time i thought ack i'll eat it!
