Just an innocent question...

Do you guys check IP's for members? I'm just wondering, and this is totally hypothetical , if someone was asked to stop posting or banned, do you block that IP or just the username.

Just so you know, I'm not trying to get banned and come back in another form, I'm just curious.

Vbulletin records users' IP numbers. We don't actively check that info, unless there is some specific need. It can be a parameter with banning issues as well.
