Godiva Belgian Dark Chocolate is SO good, that I have to smoke a cigarette and go to sleep, after eating it.

My favorite is the Godiva milk chocolate with raspberry. It's a little piece of heaven.

I don't really like ice cream too much. Once in a while I get a craving for a chocolate covered cherry blizzard from dairy queen. And if we are in Johnson City DH is required to stop at the Marble Slab at least once so I can get a raspberry cheesecake ice cream cone!

Other than that i'd rather have a good fruity popsicle (like the minute maid lemondade ones or the bryers strawberry!) or an Italian Ice! I used to get lemon ones from the bakery in NY...they were the best!

I LOVE ice cream cakes from Dairy Queen.

That is my absolute favorite!!! Your description makes me wish I hadn't quit smoking.

Karen, if Aaron likes dark chocolate, you absolutely have to get this for him. It's really unbelievable!

We don't have all that much of a variety here, unless you hit one of the Italian ice cream (gelati) parlors. I really like double chocolate chip (there' a tub of it in the freezer right now), chocolate with peanut butter, and butter pecan.

JULY IS NATIONAL ICE CREAM MONTH
In 1984, President Ronald Reagan designated July as National Ice Cream Month and the third Sunday of the month as National Ice Cream Day. He recognized ice cream as a fun and nutritious food that is enjoyed by a full 90% of the nation's population. In the proclamation, President Reagan called for all people of the United States to observe these events with "appropriate ceremonies and activities."

The International Ice Cream Association (IICA) encourages retailers and consumers to celebrate July as National Ice Cream Month. In 2006, National Ice Cream Day will be Sunday, July 16.
