YAY!! WE are all thrilled to find out that the cops did in fact decide that what my moms neighbor did was a "crime" and it is against the law to trap cats in town!!
I guess they had a talk with him and let him know that if it happens again he WILL be fined and cited!! This is such good news to hear!! And also my moms neighbor(that also has 2 cats) went to a board meeting and informed the community of the "evil" man and theres alot of people really mad now!! And he is also extremely MAD that hes not allowed to take care of cats the way he wants to.....he still says he should have the right to, and the cop explained to him that NO he doesnt have that right, that he needs to speak with the owners. So now I hope to goodness this monster has learned his lesson!!
