Oh Cindy, that you so much for the beautiful pics! I am crazy about the ocean, and just love seeing pics of it.

BTW, does living near the ocean make your hair droopy?
Whenever I visit, I look like a mop!!!

I have thick hair with abit of natural curl. For me the living by the ocean and having alot of damp and fog those days my hair really curls!

Cindy, being as far north as you are, do your beaches/waters ever get warm enough to swim in?

Susie, New Englanders are a tough breed.
I've been in the water in Maine further north than where Cindy is. What's a little cold?
Doesn't everyone open their windows when the temp hits 50?
I am heading to the ocean this weekend, and despite the temps, I am willing to bet I see people in the water. I will probably even roll up my pants myself and get my feet wet

The water is quite cold always. We start swimming around mid June. Then it still actually takes your breath away! Literally. Mid July through the end of August the ocean temps get in the low 50s and its quite refreshing then.We have very few beaches though in my area its all rocks. We do have a small area though we swim at down the road that has abit of beach so we can get into the water.

Beautiful pictures. I like pictures of the ocean but I'm afraid of being near water. I don't know why. I hate being near the river and when I have to drive over it to see honey for something, I have to brace myself, and just do it or I won't go. I know I'm strange.
