Could the babies be putting pressure on her down below, and stimulating her to go potty often? If she's going this much, she must be eating and drinking A LOT!!! Is she eating kitten food?

It sounds just fine to me. If she starts crying and can't seem to get a kitten out, that would be a problem. Right now it sounds as if she may be in early labor, and doesn't understand what is going on.

I read (I think from Gaye) that she puts out a clean litterbox with papertowel in it if the Momma seems to be showing signs of early labor. However, with Skittles, since she keeps teasing us, maybe she still has another day or two?!?!

I know I missed my "bet" for early Fri am (I think). Just try to stay relaxed...she will be doing all the work anyhow...you just need to keep us updated! LOL!

The litterbox thing is a great sign! I'm sure I've said it a million times but Jada was in and out of her litter box (sometimes pooing, sometimes nothing) constantly and she had her babes 12 hours later.

I'm thinking it's going to be soon. Normally my pair of kitties are snoozing now after what we call "the witching hour"--the period of time in the morning after their breakfast that they gallop around after each other and play. Skittles sounds really restless today, like she doesn't quite know what to do with herself...and the potty thing could be telling us something too. What's her temp like right now?

I'll be absolutely shocked if she makes it through tonight or Monday. If you're seeing some discharge, that's telltale too. I would probably confine her to a smaller area now with a nesting box (give her a litterbox, water dish, food, toys, scratching post, etc.), just so that she doesn't deliver in an oddball place. Go in once or twice an hour and let us know what she's up to. If you think she needs to be near you for comfort, you could probably let her have free reign as you're doing now. But keeping her somewhat confined may save you the hassle and worry about moving an entire gaggle of babies later, if she delivers them in a wierd place.

I remember when I was pregnant with my first son, I went into the post office and the lady behind the counter said, "You haven't had that baby yet?'. It made me crazy because there was nothing I could do about it. I bet you and Skittles feel the same
She is so beautiful and we cant wait to see her babies. Do you know who the father is? Sorry, I think I missed that thread.

She's just gonna have them when she's good and ready to have them.... despite what all of us want. LOL
I can't help checking constantly for updates though...

Jada was quite active too... right up to the moment when she finally just couldn't move anymore and settled into her box panting and pushing.
