I would recommend you find a high quality kitten food that has protein as the first ingredient (fish, chicken, lamb, beef).

I like Iams, Friskies, Nutro Max for kitten food.
My Skittles is pregnant and I use the Nutro Kitten cans & pouches and the Nutro Kibble I used the Ultra not Nutro Max. But I heard it is all good...
