Its never good to over do it on an injury though it just takes twice as long to heal so you've done the right thing in waiting til next year.

To use a basketball term - perhaps there are some "pick-up" games in your vicinity? Or some Litttle League teams looking for a coach?

I'm sorry to hear you won't be able to play this year Wyan. I was kind of afraid of that when you broke it. Just so long as you keep a good attitude! Otherwise were gonna have to come to Canada and take your cheese away. Don't want that now do you!?!
