Oh yah...........I'm not sure if these count, since they're not in theaters but all the cheesy SciFi channel movies and stupid romantic comedies on ABC family.

I liked Oh Brother Where Art Thou too. I thought it was an interesting adapation of The Odyssey (maybe that's the English major in me coming out...).

I agree about Titanic, though. Talk about overrated! Agree about War of the Worlds too. Whoever told Tom Cruise he could act should be shot. Eyes Wide Shut was awful too. Oh, and Reign of Fire? What a waste of 2 hours of my life! And I know I'll get flamed for this...but all of the Star Trek movies. Just....bad.

Punch Drunk Love
Lost in Translation...
Dreamcatcher (the book was a blow too, don't know what I rented the movie)
28 Days Later (awesome story line but they just couldn't pull it off in a way that appealed to me)
Dawn of the Dead (the new one)
Scary Movie 2 and 3 (painfully stupid... dying to see number 4 though)
Bad Santa......

and while I loved the musicals I hated the movie versions of Phantom and Rent.

The list just goes on and on.....

Dog Soldiers. A movie about british soldiers training in the highlands of Scotland and running into a pack of werewolves. Ugh.

The Village bothered me because there seemed like way too many plot holes.

Titanic was bad - my husband and I were going when is this ship going to sink and shut the main characters up.

Another one which I could not get when I was little and still don't is 2001 - A Space Odyssey. My friends and I went to that one and walked out in the first 10 minutes.

All of those stupid movies that are geared towards high school boys...Harold and Kumar, American Pie, Scary Movies....they're all wildly dumb. Anything that relys on toilet jokes to be funny is pretty bad in my book.

Also, anything (ANYTHING) with Jennifer Lopez in it. Period. I would have said the same about Brenden Fraser, except that he was in Crash, and I love that movie. Gods and Monsters wasn't as painfully horrible as some of his other "work" either (but still isn't one of my favorites)

Mine are:

-Deep Impact (Terrible terrible terrible)
-War of the Worlds - it was good up until the end when it impossibly TOO HAPPY. I was actually rooting for the aliens to take over the earth!
-Corky Romano
-Anything J'Lo, Tom Cruise.
-The one movie with Queen Latifah and Steve Martin that meet through the internet...so horrible I blocked the name from my mind.

I am thrilled to see so many Lost in Translation haters out there! I hate that movie , too. I am now adding Fargo to the list. Two of my DH' s fave movies , Punch Drunk Love was horrible. Stephanie - if you are out there this is the one with the guy that lives in the rented storage unit.

O Brother Where Art Thou - I enjoyed that one.

"Plan Nine From Outer Space" was unanimously voted, by critics, as the worst movie of all time and I have to concur.

A close second is "Mars Attacks".

The thing that bothered me MOST about The Village was that it was a rip off of a preteen novel called Running Out of Time by Margaret Peterson Haddix. And I figured it out about halfway through the movie.
