Non drinker here. Have tasted a couple of wines and champagne and didn't like them. The only time I am ever tempted with alcohol is when I have a bad cold and then I swig the night-time cold medicine because I need sleep.

Besides, when you're the sober one, think of all the blackmailing you can do to the ones who are drunk!

I like the taste of alcohol and I like drinking.

However, I don't go out and get totally wasted and have a big night out probably once a week and dont always drink then.

Alcohol is a luxury and I treat it as much. It's not something I drink everyday.

Okay so I usually have a beer everyday. Or open a bottle of wine every week. (or two depending on the week)
I enjoy tasting different types of wine and when I go to visit my sis-well the Charlottesville area of VA has lots of vineyards and I'll be bringing bottles back!!

Alcohol acceptance in Wisconsin I thinks its looked at differently here in the upper midwest. It was in my upbringing
However the days of getting smashed are way behind me!!!
But pizza with no beer-unthinkable!!!

But I don't usually don't drink any hard liquor unless ummm Long Island Iced Tea!!!
And of course Pimm's cups

I don't really drink either. My family taught me how to drink responsibly and in moderation...wine is a tradition for us. I have no understanding as to why people rely on alcohol so much, spend so much time singing its praises and feel they need to be smashed to have a good time. The odd glass of wine or fruity girly drink here and there is all I indulge in.

Yeah, I'm Italian...I got wine with family meals that my Nonnie was preparing when I was about...14. I think when you teach a young person how to drink small amounts and enjoy it for what it is, you turn out people like my sister and I, who just don'ts ee what all the fuss is about (she's about done with HS and I'm in college...so a lot of rampant underage drinking goes on around both of us)

I never drank underage and always wondered what the fuss was about- I figured you have the rest of your life to make an absolute drunken fool out of yourself, why rush it?

I like the taste of some wines (not dry ones), <insert good hard liquor> and Diet Coke, and fruity girly drinks. And shots if it's really good stuff. No beer. I probably drink something once every three months or so, though lately I have been indulging in this one yummy Zinfandel ...

But I don't care for the feeling that goes with it too much, and I have never had a hangover. I listen to the little voice in my head that says, "You have had enough."

I haven't had anything to drink in about a month, but normally I have a few drinks a week, and will also open a bottle of wine on the weekend.

As the weather gets warmer, it is all about margaritas - nectar of the Gods.

I have some weird Asian thing that doesn't allow me to digest alcohol. I lack the enzyme to digest it, sort of like lactose intolerance. I drank in high school but once I hit college I couldn't. Figures

My dad was an alcoholic and my younger brother is well on his way. My older brother and I rarely drink. My husband rarely drinks.

I love a good wine with dinner but even then 1 glass is plenty.

A 6-pack of beer will last in our house for well over a year. We only ever really buy it if we are expecting company.

I am not much for drinking.

I have only ever been drunk once, and it was not silly stupid drunk. I knew i was drunk and i stopped. It was my 21st bday party with a couple of guy friends...

i have a drink here and there steve and I dont go out much and the liquour i like is impossible for me to get (as far as hard stuff i like Jameson irish whiskey not the import stuff heh a penpal has sent it to me in the past) otherwise i stick to fruity drinks.

I did have a mikes hard lemonade, and a fuzzy navel last week at one of steves gigs
it was on the house hehe
