The funniest thing is watching Hope just sit on it. She will gently rock it from side to side. If I had something do that it would put me to sleep!

OH MY GOSH! I just got a chance to look at your dad's plans you sent me. WOW!!!! What does your dad do for a living? They are soooo professional and thorough. I was just expecting a short Word document or something with step 1 through whatever kinda written as he was going along, but these are like professional plans!
These are great. Tell your dad he did an awesome job. Not just on the wheel (which is amazing), but on the documentation as well.

(Now I'm just gonna kinda sneak these off to "my" dad in an e-mail with a hint-hint and see what happens... )

Your welcome! I'll let him know what he said . He revised it like 10 times before he let me send it to anyone. He is going to submit it to a woodworking magazine. He dosen't think they will publish it but he thinks they might find it amusing and might be interested in the project (so unique!). He said he's not a very good writer to have it published .

A friend asked for a description so I also was surprised when he sent me the pdf. We've done such documents before...but hehe didn't think he'd care to take the time to write up such a nice description.

can i have a copy of the plans too???? please!!!!!
i think my cats would get a kick out of playing on it!
