I am soooo excited!! I just spoke with a lady that wants to hire me to cater her wedding reception in her home for about 50-60 people. I have LOTS of catering experience through my job but never on my own.

I am very nervous,too!!

The thing that I am scared about is quoting the price. I'm always afraid someone will think I'm outta my guord b/c its too expensive, but at the same time, I need to make a profit.
She wants heavy hors d'ourves. I will meet with her on Monday to get a game plan. Send me some of those good vibes I've been reading about, please!!

Yeah, that would be fine. Then maybe I could see that Whiskas commercial y'all were talking about.
