Chasey is in my lap. She was spayed a while ago and had been spending lost of time with me as my "clavamox cone kitty",
but that's been over for a while and I was afraid she'd never be like that again. She's so soft.

Awwww! Isn't it amazing how good it makes you feel to have a kitty curl up in your lap? Like they love and trust you? Like your not just the can opener?
My girls are a great break after a long day at work. (DH too of course!
)

Yep, it's one of the best feelings.
much better than just being the can opener.

That's so great! I'm totally jealous! It's been a long time since I've had a kitty that would rather poke out its own eyes rather than to sit on a human's lap.

Have you guys ever had one of your kits in your lap and they're so cute and comfy that you hate to move them.........(than all of a sudden that bottle of water you drank kicks in, but you love them so much that you hate to move them.........so you sit there and suffer for as long as you can?)

I did it last night... I was sitting with my legs crossed with a cushion on my lap and Nismo cosied in under the cushion, she was purring away and just looked adorable. Then I just had to pee so bad. I waited and waited. Eventually she got up anyway so it was cool.

Phenom is always in my lap. She does go to Lee's lap but is mostly in my lap, no matter what I am doing.
