Do we want beer? LOL There's a place called the Yard House in the mall (a real restaurant, not normal mall fair). Right by the mall, but not in the actual mall, there is an Outback Steakhouse (not sure if that's open for lunch), Mimi's Cafe (it's kinda French, but also have just home-cooking type meals like pot pie. Excellent food, from the 2 times I've eaten there.), Hops Bar & Grill (microbrewery, but their food is good even without the beer
), Macaroni Grill. I know there are more but I can't recall off the top of my head. After lunch, there is also a Cold Stone Creamery for ice cream.
I can go there sometime soon and take better notes on the restaurants in the area.

Yard House, California Pizza Kitchen, Johnny Rocket's - those are at the mall

Adjacent to the mall is Chipotle, Pei Wei (chinese)

Across the street at Denver West is Macaroni Grill, a Mexican place, Hops, Mimi's, Tokyo Joe's, Q'Doba

Up the street a couple blocks is a WONDERFUL sushi place.

And there are probably more, but I really don't go to the mall much.

So Heidi,

Have you figured out where we're going? Though I know you've been busy with the wall in your apartment (bummer about that). I'm assuming we are still looking at the week-end of 4/15.

I have it marked on my calendar for the 15th.

Personally, I think that either Macaroni Grill or Mimi's would be a place to meet up.
They are both around the same price point - from about $7-15 for an entree.

Macaroni Grill (Use 80401 to find the right menu for Denver West)
Mimi's Cafe

Any preference from you guys?

My daughter doesn't really like it there that much, so we haven't been for a while. Ummmm garlic cream sauce.

Macaroni Grill will work for me. I think we're leaning toward a place; now a time?

I was just coming in to ask the same thing (albeit a few days later...) since it's now less than a week away
and because I dreamed about the meet up lunch all morning!

Kim said in an earler post that early works better for her than later. I think that was the only post specifying a time frame, so would 11:30 work for everyone?

I can make it at 11:30 but I will be semi-comatose, since I will be working all night Friday until 8:30 Saturday AM.
