Well - I think it is all true!

1. I don't have an internet nickname. I probably should.
2. Dutch apple pie
3. 15 minutes of fame- I sang in the Pittsburgh Opera for 15 years with stars from the Metropolitan, Covent Gardens and companies all over the world, including Beverly Sills, Roberta Peters, and Jerome Hinds from the Met.
4.I love Christmas. It is a beautiful holiday in its significance, and great fun watching everyone open their gifts.
5.I knock on wood, but wouldn't worry about it; it's more of a joke than serious.
6.present- I can't think of one that stands out.
7.profession-I wish I could still teach school, but my health doesn't permit it.
8.I probably know more about music and literature than most people.
9.I started to watch the "Brother" one with George Clooney. I taped it from Starz, but it seemed boring. I am going to try again. Bodlover posted it as a favorite. Was it "Oh, Brother, Where Are You?" Close, anyway.
10.I can't eat anything without sharing with my cats. They look at me with such pleading, but patient, confident eyes.

Won a contest and was able to go backstage to meet Van Halen, get a pic with them and an autographed guitar!

1. How did you come up with your internet nickname?
My name is Catherine and Cat is short for it. As for Catran, my friends in high school thought it was a good alternative for Catherine.
2. What is your favorite dessert?
Eek! Too many! I'm a sweet tooth. Anything from apple pie, to ice cream and jelly!!!

I was on an ad for Vic-Kick, the junior Aussie Rules Football development program when I was 11.

Christmas because it is the only time I get to see my family, 'cos they're all in Melbourne.

A dummy for my 17th birthday. Was rather unimpressed.

Sports physiotherapist. I'm partly there. Have a degree in Exercise Science, so 2 more years at Uni and I could be a physio.

Fitness and Aussie Rules Footy. And cricket. And crap trivia.

Video or cinema? Cinema was Black Hawk Down, which was excellent. On TV was The Tigger Movie. I love Tigger but Winnie the Pooh was better. What can I say? It's a classic!

I don't know Airprincess, but I'm sure that they are a lovely person. They love cats after all!

My one all time favorite is the Heath Bar BLIZZARD but have started getting either Reese's Pieces or Reese's Peanut Butter cup also.
