My flute teacher always tells me that the universe never screws up...we must be meant for these calico babies even with the tradgedy we both had to endure!
They're both gorgeous! I love the tail.

Sorry all, I've been running all day. My son had an appointment to have his femur xrayed, then my husband had eye surgery, which ran REALLY long, and then Elsa had a vet appointment. What a day!
Anyway, I got Nadette a day early, yesterday. My husband left early from work and took my daugheter to get her. They were going in for a different kitty, seems they had one all picked out, but he wasn't there. Nadette came right up to them, and even though they were all set to get a male, they chose her. She's petite and wants to be petted and bonk you all the time. She slept on our bed last night. She's about 1 1/2 years old, and they got her at PetSmart, who hosts cats for the local animal shelter.
Everyone really had you running today. So much for taking it easy on your birthday.
Carly was from PetsMart too. Hubby and a friend went to get supplies and came back totally in love with her. After I checked her out, so did I.

My cat that lives with my mother, Bunny, came from PetSmart too. We picked her out at the shelter, but when we went back she was gone! And we had just called a few hours earlier to make sure she was still there. I've never come so close to having a heart attack as when I walked in and couldn't find her! Fortunately for us and her, they had just taken her to PetSmart. They called over for us and we went and scooped our lil sweetie pie up!
