I don't agree with that. I think the vet is not taking into account that your girl is not being bred when she does go into heat. If a cat is bred when she goes into heat-yes then the chance is low. But if she's not bred then the chance is much, much higher! I'd get a second opinion and ask specific questions.
I've never heard of that device but i'll have to check that out! It sounds interesting.
