Crying kitten

Our kitten just had her vaccines and blood tests done the other day. Before that, she was happy and loved to be held and played with. Last night, she began to cry whenever you picked her up, like she was in pain.

Could it be that she is just sore from all the shots? I'm a little worried because when I don't remember Isabelle acting like this when she got her first vaccines.

It's likely that she has a low grade fever from the shots and has muscle/joint soreness. To be safe I would recommend calling the nearest 24 hour emergency vet clinic and discussing your concerns with a doctor or licensed tech there. They will be able to tell you if it is something to be worried about or if she should be just fine in a day or so.
