Ok I adopted my sweet murphy on oct 15. A couple days after I got him his eyes were runny, and crusty I took him to the vet,vet said he had pink eye gave me cream-while I was there he asked me was murphy sneezing I told him sometimes but not alot- fastfoward to now- I am still giving him the eye cream ( it has cleared up) I figure I would keep it up for 2 weeks to be sure anyway he has started sneezing more???? not like sneezing attacks or anything it usually happens when he is grooming himself or being nosy smelling everything. There is no snot (sorry gross) or anything spraying out when he sneezes and this morning I noticed 1 booger (sorry again) it was small and dry and he cleared it out of there pretty quick but he is VERY VERY active, he eats well and drinks well no potty problems etc..... Should I worry?????? Is it allergies? dust? hair? At first he was sneezing maybe once or twice a day now it is like 5-6 times a day????? any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!! Sorry my question is soo long just wanted to explain everything.

Probably a URI thats why he started getting the goopy eyes. Now the sneezing. So more then likely he might need a oral anitibiotic. Give your vet a call about it.

I would guess URI too. My baby is recovering from one right now. She was Sneezing and having runny eyes. If Murphy is a kitten its better to get him checked out as soon as possible, he will probably have to go on antibiotics. The antibiotics will not help the URI, it will prevent any secondary bacterial infection (hopefully). I would get him to a vet as soon as you are able. Good luck!
